火の鳥が元ネタなんだろうけど、私が思い出したのはノーマンだった 主人公に対して月の王子ノーマンが「君のママを僕たちにくれ」と頼むシーン 月の人々は母という存在によって、地球人の自分たちとは違う何かが理解出来るかもしれない。でもそれは他人の母親ではきっと理解し得ないもの。「自分の母親」という替えのきかない存在を欲しがる様は、本当に地球人の持つ愛を理解できていないのだと感じた。

※以下文章、ネタバレ注意です。 お含みおきください。 手塚治虫先生の｢火の鳥｣より 望郷編にて... 物語のクライマックスで コムが花となるシーンを目の当たりにして全てが繋がったように思えました。 母なる星地球に降り立ち、 そこで果てたいという夢が叶ったロミ... 餞に手向けた花束とはコムそのものだったのでは無いか、 ｢全部全部、愛してしまっていた｣のは果たしてロミだけだったのか。 ロミと同じ道を辿ったとも取れるコムこそ愛してしまっていたのでは無いか... 私にはそう思えてなりませんでした。 理解が深まりきった所でこの曲を聴くと涙が止まりません。
